Is The Phillips Club pet friendly?
Yes. The Club is pet friendly and requires a pet rider as well as a pet security deposit.
Does The Phillips Club provide daily housekeeping?
Yes. Guests receive daily housekeeping services.
Are there laundry facilities at The Phillips Club?
Yes. There are complimentary laundry facilities on every floor.
Are same day laundry, dry cleaning and valet services available at The Phillips Club?
Yes. The Club provides full valet services.
Do The Phillips Club guests have access to a health club?
Yes. Club guests have complimentary access to Equinox Sports Club New York, adjacent to The Club.
Is Equinox child friendly?
Equinox requires members to be 18 years or older. Equinox does have a “Kids Only” Club located on the second floor of the facility. On Sunday, Equinox is open to children of all ages.
Does The Phillips Club have complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes. The Club offers complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and internet access.
What other amenities are offered upon request by The Phillips Club?
The Club offers high chairs, bed railings, cribs and Frette bath robes upon request.
What other items are in The Club Residence?
Each Residence has an in-room safe, iron and ironing board, umbrella, Bose Entertainment System, LED HD Televisions, and multi-line telecommunication system with voicemail.
Does The Phillips Club have a business center?
Yes. The Club has a 24-hour complimentary business center. Lease-guests also have 24-hour access to our spacious Club Lounge equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stereo, wet bar, an LED HD television and Wi-Fi.
Is parking available at The Phillips Club?
Yes. The Club Concierge can recommend a number of parking options in the area.
